The Qube

Health Awareness Day
The Trust held its first Community Event at the Qube on Thursday. The health awareness day was arranged to invite local people to meet up with different health organisations and the opportunity to ask any questions they had. The event was attended by a number of health organisations and had a good turn out of local people. A branch of the NHS fellowship set up a Macmillan cancer awareness coffee morning and manage to raise £165.00 toward this worthy cause.

See The Qube page for photos of the official opening.

For various exercises every day of the week see link: Get fit at the Qube.
