A £17.50ph for local (Ponders End) community groups/charities.

B £27.50ph for all other community groups.

C £50.00ph for private (non commercial) use.

D £32.50ph for small local (Ponders End) businesses.

E £45ph for all other statutory or commercial organisations.

Terms and Conditions..

All hirers agree to leave the premises clean and tidy

Private parties are only permitted to 10pm

a security deposit of £150 (cash) is required to safeguard against damages and over runs.
